You: Which client's ROAS dropped the most this week? third i: Three clients fell week on week. Northwind is the one to look at: spend held while purchases dropped on Meta. Northwind, ROAS 2.1, −31% versus last week. Lumen Skincare, ROAS 3.4, −9% versus last week. Atlas Fitness, ROAS 4.8, +6% versus last week. Want the campaign-level breakdown for Northwind, or a saved report you can send?

What your agent can ask

Which questions can it answer today?

Six things, all of them shipped. Anything still to come is on the roadmap further down, marked as planned.

Performance across eight platforms

Spend, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions and revenue, down to campaign, ad set, ad, creative, keyword and audience, in the account's own currency.

MetaGoogleTikTokLinkedInGA4June 2026

Creative, with the images

Ask which creatives are wearing out and the ads themselves come back in the conversation, not a list of IDs to go and look up.

MetaGoogleTikTokJune 2026

Organic, post to post

Compare Facebook and Instagram posts by reach, likes, saves and shares. Story performance and audience by age, city and country come with it.

Reports you can open, build and save

Open a saved report and have it explained, or have one built with KPI cards, tables and charts and handed back as a link you can send.

All sourcesAugust 2026

Connection health

It says when a platform's data has gone stale and gives you the link to reconnect, so nobody acts on numbers that stopped updating last week.

One conversation, every client

Switch workspace or organisation mid-chat. Each client stays in its own workspace, so an agency covers a portfolio without opening anything.

AgenciesLive

Act, after your approval

Budget shifts, pauses and similar changes on Google Ads and Meta Ads, prepared in the assistant or agent, approved by you in third i, then applied.

MetaGoogleLive

It reads the connections you already made.

Nothing new to authorise, and no second set of credentials. The assistant never receives a platform token.

Which assistants and agents can connect?

All of them, if they speak MCP. Pick where you work and the steps change with it.

Any agent that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP. Agents connect by configuration rather than by menu, so each one takes an entry pointing at the same endpoint.

Hermes registers MCP tools alongside its own at startup, so third i becomes another tool it can reach mid-task rather than a separate place to look.

  1. Step 1Open ~/.hermes/config.yaml.
  2. Step 2Add third i under mcp_servers, as below.
  3. Step 3Restart Hermes so it picks up the new server.
  4. Step 4Hermes opens a browser on first connection for you to sign in.

Try these

Ask it like a colleague.

Copy one and paste it in once the connector is in place.

Diagnose

Why did ROAS drop yesterday, and which campaign caused it?

The campaigns that moved, ranked, with the metric that shifted.

Creative

Which creatives are fatiguing on Meta this week? Show me the images.

Rising CPM against falling CTR, with each ad rendered in the chat.

Report

Build a weekly report with spend, conversions and revenue by channel, and save it.

A saved report in your library, and a link you can send.

Organic

Compare our top Instagram and Facebook posts this month by reach.

One table across both platforms, not two exports to reconcile.

Health

Is any of my platform data stale?

Every expired connection, with a link to reconnect it.

Compare

What did GA4 say about sessions and revenue by channel last month?

Site behaviour next to the spend that drove it.

Is my data safe?

Through third i, never around it.

Sign in with your third i account

The connector authenticates as you, through the same login as the app.

No API key

Nothing to issue, paste, rotate or leak. There is no long-lived secret sitting in a config file.

Credentials never reach the AI vendor

Your Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn tokens stay inside third i, and never reach the assistant or the machine running the agent.

Actions wait for your approval in third i

An assistant or agent can prepare a budget shift or a pause, but nothing reaches Google Ads or Meta Ads until you approve it in third i.

Read it, act on it, and more sources next.

A raw platform MCP server hands an agent a firehose. third i hands it a marketing brain: every channel in one connector, memory, guardrails, and an approval gate.

Questions people ask first.

What is the third i MCP connector?

The third i MCP connector is a remote Model Context Protocol server that gives any MCP-compatible assistant or agent access to a workspace's connected marketing data, and lets it prepare changes to Google Ads and Meta Ads that a person approves in third i before they are applied.

Do I need a separate MCP server for Google Ads, Meta Ads or GA4?

No. third i is one MCP server that already reads all of them, so there is nothing to install, host or keep updated per platform. That is also why an assistant can answer a question spanning two channels: both are behind the same connection.

Do I need an API key to connect third i to my AI assistant?

No. You add the third i MCP endpoint as a custom connector and sign in with your third i account. There is no API key to issue or rotate, in a chat app or in an agent.

Which AI assistants can connect to third i?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity, along with any other MCP-compatible client that lets you add a custom MCP server.

Which agents can connect to third i?

Any agent that speaks MCP, including Hermes and OpenClaw. Hermes takes an mcp_servers entry pointing at the endpoint, and OpenClaw adds it as a remote server over Streamable HTTP. If you work in a terminal or an editor instead, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code connect to the same endpoint.

Does connecting an AI assistant share my ad-platform passwords?

No. Your assistant or agent reaches your data through third i's MCP layer, authenticated with your third i account. Your Meta, Google and TikTok passwords are never shared with the AI vendor or with whoever hosts the agent.

Which data can the AI assistant access?

The marketing performance data from the sources you have connected to third i — Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ads, Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok organic and Google Analytics — so answers reflect your real campaigns. Write actions wait for your approval inside third i.

What can I ask once third i is connected?

Why ROAS dropped yesterday, which creatives are fatiguing, how this week compares across channels, whether any platform data has gone stale, or for a report to be built and saved with a link you can send.

Does it work with Claude Code or Cursor?

Yes. Claude Code takes one command; Cursor and VS Code take an entry in their MCP configuration. It is the same endpoint the chat apps use, so anything you build against it works everywhere.

Can Hermes or OpenClaw use it on a server?

Yes, once a person has signed it in. The OAuth step needs a browser and a human — an agent cannot complete it on its own — so do it on a workstation. After that the connection holds, and the agent uses it from the server with no browser and no API key.

Does asking through an assistant use credits?

Simple questions are included, the same as they are in the app. Credits are used when you ask for a fresh deep analysis or a generated report, and failed actions are refunded.

Which plans include MCP access?

Every paid plan, for brands and agencies alike. The free trial does not include it, so start a plan first and then add the connector.
